JW Plastic Surgery

When breast ptosis (sagging) occurs, most hospitals recommend a mastopexy (breast lift) as the first corrective method.

While mastopexy is a common and effective method for resolving sagging issues, it has the drawback of leaving visible scars on the front of the breast.

At JW Plastic Surgery, we perform mastopexy only when absolutely necessary.
For patients whose breasts are relatively small and whose sagging is not severe, we take a more conservative and refined approach, correcting the issue through augmentation techniques or internal lifting methods such as adjusting the degree of muscle dissection with the dual-plane technique or applying an internal fixation lift  instead of performing a traditional breast lift.

Additionally, we address asymmetries in breast size, chest shape, and nipple position, achieving highly satisfying and natural results for the patients.

Comprehensive Preoperative Examination

Before surgery, the patient undergoes tests to check their overall health condition with a blood test, electrocardiogram (ECG), and chest X-ray all conducted in-house at JW plastic surgery.

There is no need to visit another hospital for these evaluations, as JW Plastic Surgery provides a one-stop, thorough preoperative examination system.

3D Image Observation

All treatments and follow-ups are personally performed by the operating surgeon.

Check for any bleeding and perform the first treatment.

We apply waterproof tape to the incision site. (Full-body showers are allowed from this day.)

All tapes are removed. Since no skin sutures are used, stitch removal is unnecessary, and there are no suture-related scars.

Prescription of scar cream and whitening cream.
Patients can switch from a surgical bra to a regular bra.
(It is recommended to choose a bra that does not affect breast shape.)

Continuous follow-ups, up to 1 year

Regular check-ups are no longer needed, but patients can continue to receive follow-up evaluations from their surgeon at any time after.

After surgery, if necessary, special medications may be prescribed to achieve a natural breast appearance. These medications are carefully selected based on clinical research and help minimize capsular contracture, even in patients who are prone to developing it due to their body type.
