Combination Breast Augmentation

Combination Breast Augmentation Method
Common postoperative complications such as bleeding or infection may occur depending on the individual, so careful attention is required.
STEP 01
An incision is made either through the armpit (endoscopic method) or along the breast fold to create space for the implant.
STEP 02
A temporary implant, called a sizer, is inserted to check the pocket and breast shape, helping determine the most suitable implant size and specifications.
STEP 03
Fat grafting is performed to supplement the soft tissue thickness and improve the cleavage and breast contour.
STEP 04
The final implant, selected based on the sizer, is inserted.
STEP 05
If needed, additional fat is grafted to refine and complete the result.

Medication Guidelines
01 | Two weeks before surgery: stop taking any medications that may cause bleeding.
02 | Take prescribed antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication for about 1 week after surgery

Pain management

Postoperative Breast Augmentation Care System
All treatments and follow-ups are personally performed by the operating surgeon.
Day 1 post-surgery

Even if both breasts are made as symmetrical as possible during breast augmentation surgery, the position of the implants may shift over time depending on lifestyle habits or the natural characteristics of the breast tissue.
For example, right-handed people tend to use their right arm and pectoral muscles more frequently, and since the heart is located on the left side, the height and angle of the rib cage differ slightly between sides.
The surgical bra helps maintain proper implant positioning, correcting any imbalance and providing consistent support to prevent displacement.
